We invite all Financial Members, Life Members, and supporters of the company to join us for the AGM – come and hear about the company’s achievements in 2023 plus what’s in store for the upcoming year, and chat with the Committee about ways you can support the company in 2024 (with this year marking MCMT’s 50th Anniversary of its very first musical production).

  • When: Sunday, 18th February 2024
  • Time: 1.30pm
  • Location: Lyons Road Community Building (223 Lyons Road, Dernancourt 5075) or online via Zoom (a meeting link will be circulated to those interested, closer to the day of the AGM)

An informal afternoon tea will follow at the conclusion of the AGM.

Please RSVP to MCMT’s Secretary by Tuesday, 13 February 2024 (email secretary@marieclark.asn.au to confirm). A quorum of a quarter of current Financial Members (including Life Members) will be required for the AGM to proceed. Attendance can be in person, online, or by Proxy (for information on how to attend by Proxy, please contact our Secretary).
