Updated 14 February 2026

MCMT’s 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Saturday, 28th February 2026.

We invite all Financial Members, Life Members, and supporters of the company to join us for the AGM – we’ll recap the company’s achievements in 2026, share what’s next on our radars, and also elect the 2026 Committee. Stick around for a light afternoon tea at the conclusion of the AGM and chat with other MCMT friends as well as with the Committee. If you’ve been interested in getting more involved behind the scenes (and want a practical way to give back to the theatre community), we’d love to hear from you!

  • When: Saturday, 28th February 2026
  • Time: 2.00pm (doors open from 1.45pm)
  • Location: Holden Hill Community Centre (82 Valiant Road, Holden Hill) or online via Zoom (a meeting link will be circulated to those interested, closer to the day of the AGM)

Please RSVP to MCMT’s Secretary by Tuesday, 24th February 2026 (email secretary@marieclark.asn.au to confirm). A quorum of a quarter of current Financial Members (including Life Members) will be required for the AGM to proceed. Attendance can be in person, online, or by Proxy (for information on how to attend by Proxy, please contact our Secretary).
